The service

YourButler24 provides personal assistance: a trained Butler meets you at an agreed point within our service area and assists you for 30 minutes with luggage, orientation, check-in and similar tasks. As part of that assistance the Butler may bring a light electric vehicle. YourButler24 is not a taxi, chauffeur, rental or transport service and does not sell transport.

Bookings and payment

Bookings are confirmed when payment is authorised. The price for your 30 minutes depends on the distance between your meeting point and destination and is quoted before you pay. Your Butler waits up to 20 minutes past the booked time.

Cancellation

Free cancellation up to 2 hours before the slot. Later cancellations and no-shows are charged in full but still earn cashback.

Cashback

Each completed booking earns cashback equal to its price, credited within 24 hours and redeemable against eligible electric mobility products from partner stores. Cashback has no cash value and expires after 12 months.

Liability

Bookings are insured. YourButler24 is not liable for delays caused by transport operators, weather or events outside our control. Luggage remains your responsibility except while physically handled by the Butler.

Law

These terms are governed by Italian law. Disputes go to the courts of Rome, without prejudice to consumer rights.
