YourButler24 is operated by [Company name], [address], Rome, Italy. We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website and the booking service.

What we collect

Booking details (name, email, phone, meeting point, destination, notes), payment confirmation from our payment provider (we never store card numbers), and application details if you apply to become a Butler.

Why we use it

To deliver the assistance you booked, to contact you about it, to pay cashback, to process Butler applications, and to comply with Italian and EU law.

Sharing

Your name, phone and meeting details are shared with the Butler assigned to your booking. Payment data is handled by our payment provider. Partner bookings (for example via Terravision) are shared with that partner.

Your rights

Under GDPR you can access, correct, delete or export your data, and object to processing. Email privacy@yourbutler24.com. You can also complain to the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.

Retention

Booking records are kept for 10 years for tax purposes. Butler applications are kept for 12 months unless you join us.
