Questions people ask
Is this a taxi or transfer service?
No. YourButler24 is a personal assistance service. Your Butler helps you with luggage, orientation and check-in for 30 minutes. They bring a light electric vehicle as part of that assistance, but we do not sell rides or transport.
What if my train is late?
Tell us your train number in the arrival notes. We track it and shift your Butler automatically. If you are more than 20 minutes late without notice, we may need to rebook.
Can I book for someone else?
Yes. Put their name and phone in the details and we will contact them directly.
How many people can a Butler assist?
Up to four people per booking. For larger groups, book two Butlers or contact us.
Where can I meet my Butler?
Anywhere inside our 5 km service area around Roma Termini. It does not have to be the station.
What does the cashback cover?
Your full booking price, redeemable against electric mobility products from our partner stores. It does not expire for 12 months.
